據介紹，新標準將從以8個方面進行規范。

    1、企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/廠房內地面及廠區外連接道路必須硬底化;

    2、企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/廠區四周必須建設封閉圍墻;

    3、企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/廠區外及周邊道路兩側不準堆放石材http://www.stonebuy.com/成品、半成品和廢渣廢料，無占道、占排水溝、占綠 化帶經營行為;

    4、企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/磨切、雕刻、異型加工等作業必須在封閉式車間內進行并安裝吸塵設施，進行收塵處理，減少粉塵及噪聲污染;

    5、企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/必須使用泥水分離設施，循環池必須建在企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/廠區內，能正常使用，生產廢水循環利用，不得外排;

    6、企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/要與有資質的清運公司簽訂廢渣和鋸底泥清運處置協議，廢渣堆放在指定地點，確保石材http://www.stonebuy.com/廢渣、鋸底泥及時清理，分類定點堆放，禁止偷排亂倒;

    7、企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/運輸石材http://www.stonebuy.com/廢渣等易揚塵物料時，須實施噴淋覆蓋密閉等措施;

    8、必須依法注冊登記，持有的營業執照、稅務登記證等必須合法，按規定接受年檢;九是企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/必須按規定進行稅務登記，如果申報銷售收入，根據稅法規定的納稅標準按時足額繳納稅款。

    新標準出臺以后，有不少石材http://www.stonebuy.com/人紛紛表示，行業早該這樣了。有一名業內人士吐露道，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行業發展30多年來，環保問題依然沒有解決到位，這也是石材http://www.stonebuy.com/生產地難以招到人才的主要原因。新標準出臺，但愿可以盡快落地。

    中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/協會副秘書長鄧惠青表示，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行業正處于“新常態”下，在市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html暖風未勁吹之時，更要加強企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/內功的修煉，去除平常遺留下來的一些陋習、惡心，以待在市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html回暖時，好大干一場。
