全國首創：廈門政府給中小出口企業送保險

      記者了解到，企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/出口http://en.stonebuy.com/存在對方不付款的風險，而出口http://en.stonebuy.com/信用保險就可以讓企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/規避這一風險。因此，如果一家出口http://en.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/買了出口http://en.stonebuy.com/信用保險，其信用級別就能大大提高，從而增強競爭力。

　　在此之前，出口http://en.stonebuy.com/信用保險對企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的出口http://en.stonebuy.com/額度要求比較高，投保門檻高，再加上投保費率較高，讓很多出口http://en.stonebuy.com/中小企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/望而卻步�！拔覀円仓�出口http://en.stonebuy.com/信用保險好，但是算起來不劃算，我們也很無奈�！辈糠�出口http://en.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/表示。

　　此次，廈門嘗試先對石材http://www.stonebuy.com/、工藝品兩個出口http://en.stonebuy.com/行業進行行業統保，每個企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/可以免費享受一單最高賠付額可達1.5萬美元的基本保險，徹底告別了“望保興嘆”的無奈局面�！爸詴x擇這兩個行業，是因為這兩個行業內做出口http://en.stonebuy.com/的企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/比較多，而且協會比較健全，畢竟行業統保要通過協會來運作�！睆B門貿發局規劃財務處鄭耀處長表示。

　　這一優惠政策的運作方式是，貿發局將投保費用轉給行業協會，然后由行業協會根據申請投保的企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/名單，為企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/購買出口http://en.stonebuy.com/信用保險。據介紹，享受此項優惠的企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/不需要額外條件，只要是做石材http://www.stonebuy.com/或者工藝品出口http://en.stonebuy.com/的企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，都可以通過協會申請辦理。

　　記者還獲悉，相關部門今年會將中小企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的認定范圍從年出口http://en.stonebuy.com/額1500萬元以下擴大到4500萬元以下，使更多的企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/享受中小企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/優惠政策。據統計，目前廈門的中小企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/占企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/總數的98%，2009年全年出口http://en.stonebuy.com/117億美元，占出口http://en.stonebuy.com/總數的43%。
