時報北京消息 據(jù)《北京青年報》報道，當中國http://www.stonebuy.com家具近年來洶涌殺入美國市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html時，同樣難以避免受到反傾銷的威脅。

　　今年7月，美國14家家具生產(chǎn)商組成美國家具生產(chǎn)商合法貿(mào)易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/協(xié)會，聯(lián)合向美國政府提出，中國http://www.stonebuy.com產(chǎn)品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/已經(jīng)對美國的家具行業(yè)造成嚴重打擊，并遞交了反傾銷申請以尋求行業(yè)保護。該協(xié)會還表示，將于今年秋季遞交關于臥室木制家具的反傾銷保護。截止到8月15日，共有

　　近年來，中國http://www.stonebuy.com家具強勢挺進全球市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html。據(jù)統(tǒng)計，2002年全國家具產(chǎn)值近200億美元，有1/3的家具出口http://en.stonebuy.com/，出口http://en.stonebuy.com/值達54億美元。

　　中國http://www.stonebuy.com最大的家具出口http://en.stonebuy.com/國就是美國，其驚人的增幅引起了美國企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的不安和敵視。據(jù)美國商務部稱，去年來自中國http://www.stonebuy.com的家用木制家具的進口額較2000年的16.5億美元猛增了75%，達到28.9億美元，相當于美國同類商品進口額的1/3以上。有關資料顯示，在美國價值230億美元的木制家具市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html上，來自中國http://www.stonebuy.com的家具產(chǎn)品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/就占據(jù)了35%的份額。

　　“按照規(guī)定，只有某一行業(yè)達到25%比例的企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/或員工都提起反傾銷起訴時，政府才會予以受理。所幸的是，目前提起申請的企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/還沒有達到這一比例。”廣東省家具協(xié)會常務副理事長王克如是說。但他同時強調(diào)，廣大家具企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/切不可掉以輕心，應靜觀其變，切不可坐以待斃。

　　癥結(jié)在于美貿(mào)易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/商與生產(chǎn)商的較量

　　海外產(chǎn)品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/的大量進入致使美國家具產(chǎn)量縮減。據(jù)美國家具生產(chǎn)商協(xié)會對18家公司的調(diào)查顯示，這些公司在2002年的營運收益較2000年下降了47%。而在過去的兩年半中，美國數(shù)家大型家具廠關閉，大約3.4萬人失業(yè)。中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/網(wǎng)-外貿(mào)助手-stonebuy.com

　　這意味著，一旦美國家具生產(chǎn)商反傾銷申請獲得批準，這些家具貿(mào)易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/商很難迅速找到第三國代替中國http://www.stonebuy.com的位置，他們從中國http://www.stonebuy.com供應商處拿到的價格將會隱含一個高額的懲罰性關稅。美國家具生產(chǎn)商挑起的反傾銷戰(zhàn)可能會傷及其本土貿(mào)易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/商的利益，甚至還會引發(fā)新的失業(yè)和公司倒閉。

　　因而有專業(yè)人士認為，中美可能爆發(fā)的這場貿(mào)易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/糾紛最大的癥結(jié)應為美國國內(nèi)家具行業(yè)內(nèi)部的產(chǎn)銷矛盾。

　　新成立的“中國http://www.stonebuy.com家具反傾銷委員會同盟”將聯(lián)合中國http://www.stonebuy.com內(nèi)地和港臺地區(qū)家具業(yè)力量，共同應對美國反傾銷。目前已有幾十家企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/加入。該組織目前已籌得近百萬美元的資金，積極準備應訴。

　　如果對美出口http://en.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/從美國市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html撤退，意味著目前世界上最大的家具市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html的大門將在相當長的一段時間里對中國http://www.stonebuy.com家具關閉。

　　這一事件還在一定程度上顯現(xiàn)了中國http://www.stonebuy.com家具業(yè)發(fā)展的缺陷，如僅有一兩成的中國http://www.stonebuy.com家具具有獨立知識產(chǎn)權(quán)等。
