云浮新政：從六個方面力促石材產業轉型升級

　　近日，市長卓志強主持召開五屆五十四次市政府常務會議，研究并原則通過《關于進一步促進我市石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業轉型升級二十條政策措施》等事項。

　　我市促進石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業轉型升級的政策措施包括六個方面的二十條具體政策：

　　一是支持企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/做大做強。包括支持企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/改制上市、兼并重組，鼓勵石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/產銷分離，支持個體戶升級為企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，實施企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/成長工程。

　　二是支持企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/技術創新。包括支持企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/購置先進機械http://www.stonebuy.com/machine/設備、申報科技項目、建立技術中心等研發機構、申報發明專利和參與石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行業標準制訂(修訂)。

　　三是支持企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/創品牌。包括支持企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/注冊商標、創建著名品牌和開展品牌宣傳。

　　四是支持企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/開拓市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html。包括支持企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/聯合抱團到境外開采礦山、到國外參展，發展石材http://www.stonebuy.com/電子商務和“互聯網+石材http://www.stonebuy.com/”。

　　五是加大金融支持力度。加大石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/信貸支持力度，優先支持企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/設立面向石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行業的小額貸款公司和產業發展基金。

　　六是支持企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/節能降耗。包括支持石材http://www.stonebuy.com/資源綜合利用和企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/清潔生產。
