      5月17日至20日，根據云南省政府、省政協主要領導的指示和要求，省政協秘書長車志敏帶領省政協“三石”產業發展調研組到福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/學習考察石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業發展情況。調研組考察了福州、泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/、廈門等地，走訪了當地政府、政協、石材http://www.stonebuy.com/商會和當地石材http://www.stonebuy.com/龍頭企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/。他指出，云南石材http://www.stonebuy.com/擁有豐富的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/資源，突出的區位優勢，具有得天獨厚的發展條件，我們要認真學習福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/等石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業發展較好地區的先進經驗，為云南石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業發展獻計出力。


      19日上午，車志敏秘書長一行到福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/惠安崇武鎮、南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/水頭http://www.shicai.com.cn/鎮進行了重點學習考察，聽取了崇武、水頭http://www.shicai.com.cn/鎮政府，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/商會和石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/負責人的情況介紹，并深入石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工車間考察了企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/生產情況。


      福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/省南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/市水頭http://www.shicai.com.cn/鎮是中國http://www.stonebuy.com最大的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/生產加工基地之一，是全國最大的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/批發專業市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/年產量占全國的40％，出口http://en.stonebuy.com/額占全國出口http://en.stonebuy.com/量的45％。1998年，在經過認真調研和科學籌劃后，閩南建材第一市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html在水頭http://www.shicai.com.cn/鎮破土動工，在以市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html為先導的思想指導下，經過10多年的努力，逐漸形成了人流、物流、信息流、資金流和技術流的良性流動，促進了市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html與產業的快速發展。至2008年底，水頭http://www.shicai.com.cn/“閩南建材第一市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html”已經成為全國最大的“石材http://www.stonebuy.com/城”，占地達1000多畝，大小石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/近千家，產值近百億元。而崇武則是有名的“石雕之鄉”，石雕歷史悠久、工藝精湛、雕塑產品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/在全國及世界一些國家影響廣泛。


      在對福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/的學習考察結束后，車志敏秘書長提出，福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業發展迅速，市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html規模不斷擴大，產值不斷提高，呈現出繁榮發展的良好局面。福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業的發展積累了豐富的經驗，值得云南認真學習借鑒。這些年，在省委、省政府的高度重視下，云南省石產業獲得了很大的發展，但由于多方面的因素，還存在著資源勘察工作滯后、開發管理科學化程度低、缺少龍頭企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/、產業規模小等影響石產業進一步發展的困難和問題。今年，云南省政協把包括石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業在內的“三石”產業發展調研，作為年度重點調研之一，目的就是要通過深入把握云南石產業發展情況，通過學習石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業發展先進省區市的經驗，向省委、政府提出具有戰略性、前瞻性和可操作性的意見建議，為促進云南石產業大發展，推動我省經濟社會又好又快發展作出積極的貢獻。
