石井鎮持續開展石材企業污染整治行動

　　為貫徹落實省紀委監督組對泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/市開展第一季度政治監督檢查發現的生態省建設方面問題整改工作，進一步推進石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行業污染整治，根據上級文件要求，我鎮將持續開展石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/檢查摸排，對無環評審批手續的“散亂污”石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，督促其立即停產關閉，自行拆除機臺設備；對有環評審批手續的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，要求進一步規范提升，加強環境保護管理，嚴格按照環評要求落實污染防治措施。

　　自6月以來，鎮村兩級多次組織對無環評審批石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/進行摸排和強制關停取締工作，目前大部分無環評審批石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/均已完成完成拆除機臺設備和停產關閉整改，下一步我鎮將加強巡查，對擅自恢復生產的無環評審批石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，發現一家關停一家，堅決打擊取締違規生產、違法排污行為。同時，我鎮聯合泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/市南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/生態環境局水頭http://www.shicai.com.cn/分局執法人員，通過入企檢查指出問題要求整改、發放限期整改通知書限期整治、聯合泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/市南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/生態環境局水頭http://www.shicai.com.cn/分局進行環境執法和采取停電停產措施督促整治等，對有環評審批手續的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/進行檢查排查和專業指導，要求石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/進一步規范，提升企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/環境管理水平和按照環評要求落實污染防治措施的水平。

　　檢查的同時，也是對企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的一次環境保護宣傳，以及專業指導。我鎮制定石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/規范整治清單，指導企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/從規范完善手續、廠容廠貌、廢氣、廢水、固廢、噪音等方面進行對照自查、自行整改。
