南安石材產業成為全國首個國家級外貿轉型升級基地

　　日前，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/市石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業被商務部確認為全國首個國家級外貿轉型升級基地，并正式授牌。
　　據悉，此次國家級外貿轉型升級基地授牌之所以選擇南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/，得益于近年來該市致力推動產業轉型升級，始終遵循“全封閉、大循環、再利用”的發展理念，提升發展內涵。南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/現有石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/1500多家，其中規模以上企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/252家，2012年1-11月規模產值228.07億元，占中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產量的60%和石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html份額的70%，被省委、省政府列為建設海峽西岸經濟區的重要產業集群之一，成為輻射全球的世界級石材http://www.stonebuy.com/生產交易中心。特別是2012年，該市專門出臺《關于打造國際石材http://www.stonebuy.com/之都的若干意見》，圍繞“大集團、大產業、大品牌、大聯盟、大商貿”的發展目標，全力打造國際石材http://www.stonebuy.com/之都，取得了一定的成效。
　　下階段，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業將注重增加產業集聚力，至2015年，完成對目前加工區在內的1248家石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/清潔生產審核；完善集中區基礎設施，至2015年，全面完成已規劃的9個填埋處置場建設；發揮龍頭企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/帶動力，“十二五”期間，培育3家產值超20億元的企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，力爭到2020年，培育產值超30億元企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/8家；發展石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業總部經濟，至2015年，新增10家國內外著名石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/入駐總部經濟區；提高核心競爭力，至2015年，建設8家省、市級企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/技術（行業）中心，力爭新增國家級品牌3-5枚，實現石材http://www.stonebuy.com/循環經濟年產值達50億元，5家以上企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/參與制修訂相關行業各類產品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/標準，建立完善一套完整的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行業安全生產操作規程等。
