21日上午，十二屆市委常委會第12次擴大會議研究同意《關于鼓勵推動建筑飾面石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工業轉型轉產的若干意見》，確定從11月30日起，全市石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/按照要求在規定時限內實現關閉退出轉型的，將享受相關轉產政策扶持。
　　根據《意見》規定，對按規定時限自行關閉轉產的有證石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/將實行轉產補助，對規定時限確已停產關閉的無證石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/實行搬遷費用補助。其中：有證石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/在2011年12月31日前自行關閉轉產的，每臺大切機給予8萬元補助，在2012年3月31日前自行關閉轉產的，每臺大切機給予6萬元補助，在2012年5月31日前自行關閉轉產的，每臺大切機給予4萬元補助。無證石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/在2011年12月31日前停產關閉的，每臺大切機給予3萬元補助，在2012年3月31日前停產關閉的，每臺大切機給予2萬元補助。
　　同時，市委、市政府鼓勵扶持石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/轉產。對在規定時限內關閉退出轉型的企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，給予轉產企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/辦理項目用地手續，支持轉產企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/翻建廠房，向所在鎮返還轉產企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/繳交土地出讓金用于生態恢復，對單家轉產企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/實行納稅貢獻獎勵等7個方面政策扶持。《意見》明確對到規定時限拒不自行關閉轉產的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/將多管齊下堅決治理。
