　　金市長代表市委市政府作了重要講話，首先對獲獎企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/表示祝賀，希望受表彰的企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/珍惜榮譽，加快發展，再創佳績。接下來結合我市石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行業的發展情況，指出石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行業面臨嚴峻形勢，應增強加快發展的緊迫感和責任感。福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/水頭http://www.shicai.com.cn/、廣東云浮、山東萊州是公認的中國http://www.stonebuy.com三大石材http://www.stonebuy.com/基地。10年前萊州從產業規模、銷售產值等方面都在水頭http://www.shicai.com.cn/和云浮的前面，但現在我們遠遠落后。

　　石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業雖然是我市四大支柱產業之一，但財政貢獻少、企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/規模小、知名度和影響力還遠遠不夠。萊州的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/必須要有危機感和緊迫感，發揮優勢，找準差距，加快發展。最后從加大宣傳力度樹立品牌意識、推進石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行業產業鏈延伸和改造升級、鎮街部門要充分發揮規范引導作用等方面指出要加強協調配合，推進石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行業健康有序發展。講話為我市石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業的發展指明了方向并提出了更高的要求。

　　萊州市石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業局姜成春局長首先對石材http://www.stonebuy.com/協會一年來的工作做了全面詳細的總結報告。在石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業局指導下，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/協會充分發揮政府與企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/之間的橋梁紐帶作用，結合萊州市黃河三角洲的高效生態經濟區建設，引導鼓勵石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/加快發展，協會工作取得了一定成績，也得到了社會各界的高度認可，2010年協會被山東省民政廳評為“山東省先進社會組織”。

　　然后根據萊州石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業現狀和全國石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業的發展，結合萊州加快石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業發展意見，著重從科技創新、品牌建設、市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html建設、扶強做大、產業升級等方面闡述了石材http://www.stonebuy.com/協會2011年工作計劃，得到了企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的一致認同。萊州市石材http://www.stonebuy.com/協會會長孫玉林就如何在新的形勢下，要加快萊州的發展主要從轉方式調結構、提升機械http://www.stonebuy.com/machine/設備、轉變經營思路、提高信譽質量、企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/抱團發展、解放思想觀念、超前開拓市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html等方面指出新的思路。
