近日，筆者在位于云城區河口街馬崗村委大崗山的云浮石材http://www.stonebuy.com/博覽中心建設現場看到，機器轟鳴聲中，被列入我市今年50項重點工程之一的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/博覽中心目前正不分晝夜進行緊張施工。

    一直以來，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業是云城區的特色產業、支柱產業，近年來迅猛發展，取得了較好的經濟效益和社會效益。但隨著國內外石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業的快速崛起，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html競爭日漸激烈，國際金融危機對該區石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業的發展更是帶來了巨大的沖擊，舊的云浮石展館也不再適應當前石材http://www.stonebuy.com/業做大做強的發展需求。

    為了“搭平臺、扶龍頭、抓規范”，使石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業得到持續和健康發展，今年上半年，云城區通過引進民營企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/云浮市亙隆投資有限公司，規劃建設云浮市石材http://www.stonebuy.com/博覽中心，目標是打造全省最大的石博交易中心，建設一個集展銷與交易于一體的大型石材http://www.stonebuy.com/“超市”，為該區石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/提供一個開拓國內外市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html的平臺，樹立“品牌效應”，從而推動石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/上規模、產品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/上檔次、質量上水平，促進石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業健康持續發展。

    據介紹，該項目計劃總投資3.1億元，總用地面積為85000平方米，總建筑面積152000平方米。建設期為2年，分一、二區進行建設，在建的一區為主場館石材http://www.stonebuy.com/博覽中心，建成石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/交易展區，建筑面積82000平方米，是目前云浮建筑面積最大的單體建筑物；二區為商業配套區，擬建石材http://www.stonebuy.com/采購中心及與之相配套的物流中心、物業管理中心、商業街、大型停車場等項目，建成石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/配送服務區。中心建成后，可以進行世界所有品種的大理石、花崗巖、板材、工藝品交易，以及石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業上下游產品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/交易，集展示石文化歷史、石文化旅游、商務辦公、產品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/包裝、物流報關等功能于一體，將成為全省規模最大、功能最為齊全的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/采購交易博覽中心，對優化提升云浮石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業、打造百億石材http://www.stonebuy.com/集群，將起到積極的推進作用。
