     石材http://www.stonebuy.com/是建筑工程中應用最廣泛的材料之一，溫州因為擁有豐富的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/資源，眾多的花色品種，悠久的生產歷史，健全的銷售網絡，在全國具有一定的影響力。目前，溫州的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/主要分布在鹿城、甌海、永嘉、瑞安、樂清、平陽、泰順等地。大羅山的花崗巖礦石、瑞安梅嶼的礦石、洞頭縣大門鎮的“大門紅”礦石等礦石資源在全國都有一定的影響力。www.stonebuy.com

     據溫州市石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行業協會老會長徐筱區介紹，溫州石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/有近千家，大多數是民營企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，去年的產銷額達到20億元，占了全省的四分之一，但是，溫州的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/還有部分處于“低、小、散”狀態，產品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/檔次有待進一步提高，在礦山開發、產品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html開發、規劃管理及開采加工諸多方面還相對落后。

     “溫州石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工業異軍突起，是因為這些民營石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/抓住機遇，開拓創新，從各自的實際出發，努力開拓，不斷進取。”溫州市石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行業協會秘書長張紹光說，這位在建筑材料行業有著36年從業經歷的專家，從生產經營模式分析，為溫州的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/做了幾大劃分。

     以溫州甌海麗磊石材http://www.stonebuy.com/為代表的出口http://en.stonebuy.com/創匯型企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，2006年，麗磊石材http://www.stonebuy.com/銷售額達8000多萬元，比1989年創業初期增長100多倍，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/出口http://en.stonebuy.com/名列全省第一，自2006年至今，共出口http://en.stonebuy.com/花崗石板材68萬平方米，形成了“出口http://en.stonebuy.com/—創匯—再投資”的發展模式；過去，溫州石材http://www.stonebuy.com/業科技含量比較低，現在這種狀況正在逐漸改變，溫州的麥克辛石業有限公司，經過多年的艱辛探索，攻克了超薄石材http://www.stonebuy.com/復合板的技術難關，生產科技含量高的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/蜂窩復合板，是以科技為依托發展的企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的代表。

     另外，根據張紹光的介紹，溫州的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，還有以工程為依托的，溫州城市建設、重點工程及房地產開發快速發展，這些讓石材http://www.stonebuy.com/民營企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/大顯身手；以市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html為依托的，溫州的建材市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html活躍，除了專業的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html以外，許多綜合性的建材市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html、裝飾城、大型建材超市等都是石材http://www.stonebuy.com/民營企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/經銷的天地；以家裝為依托的、以新產品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/為依托的、以礦山為依托的、以專利為依托的，溫州的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/發展之路非常多，可以說全面開花。daiyun333.com

     換屆面臨新機遇

     誰將會是溫州市石材http://www.stonebuy.com/協會新一任的會長，這個懸念也許到今天下午才能揭曉，但是，秘書長張紹光告訴記者，目前石材http://www.stonebuy.com/協會里面呼聲最高的是麗磊石材http://www.stonebuy.com/的徐永飛。“只見星星不見月亮”，浙江省石材http://www.stonebuy.com/協會曾經這樣評價過溫州市石材http://www.stonebuy.com/協會，其意思是說溫州的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/非常多，但是真正做強做大的不多，所以沒有月亮。張紹光表示，現在這種狀況已經改變了，溫州石材http://www.stonebuy.com/界已經涌現出像徐永飛這樣的領軍人物。

     徐永飛曾經在國家糧油部門工作過，1989年下海，開始做石材http://www.stonebuy.com/生意。1994年，徐永飛在溫州南白象征用8畝土地，創辦了溫州市甌海麗磊石材http://www.stonebuy.com/廠，麗磊成了徐永飛的品牌。最初，徐永飛在溫州承接了廣場、大樓、公寓酒店以及別墅等幾百個石材http://www.stonebuy.com/裝飾工程，由于質量優良，“麗磊石材http://www.stonebuy.com/”的信譽度、美譽度日益提高。

     徐永飛告訴記者，那幾年溫州的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行業競爭非常激烈，如果想企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/有新的發展，必須另辟蹊徑。1999年，徐永飛選擇了出口http://en.stonebuy.com/這條道路，率先與葡萄牙商人合作，在里斯本注冊成立石材http://www.stonebuy.com/進出口http://en.stonebuy.com/公司，到2005年底，“麗磊石材http://www.stonebuy.com/”出口http://en.stonebuy.com/額已經達到1300萬美元，占浙江省出口http://en.stonebuy.com/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/總額的一半，名列浙江省第一。

     2003年，對于徐永飛來說是關鍵的一年。這一年，他在江蘇昆山的淀山湖民營開發區征地120畝，投資8000多萬元，組建了五洲石業有限公司，2006年4月，公司正式投產，當年銷售額就達到3500萬元。pic.stonebuy.com

     徐永飛是一個非常熱心的人，他也是昆山溫州商會的副會長，他表示，此次參加溫州市石材http://www.stonebuy.com/協會的選舉，是希望能為溫州的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行業做點貢獻，帶領溫州的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行業向更健康、更良性的方向發展。
