      隨著我國石材http://www.stonebuy.com/進(jìn)出口http://en.stonebuy.com/貿(mào)易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/的不斷增加，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/在進(jìn)出口http://en.stonebuy.com/貿(mào)易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/報(bào)關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)遇到的問題愈顯突出，根據(jù)廣大進(jìn)出口http://en.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的要求，征得海關(guān)總署的同意，中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工業(yè)協(xié)會邀請了海關(guān)總署和部分地方海關(guān)部門負(fù)責(zé)人與部分進(jìn)出口http://en.stonebuy.com/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/舉行了座談。

      石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產(chǎn)品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/單耗核定方法研究課題組向與會人員匯報(bào)了由海關(guān)總署和國家發(fā)改委下達(dá)2005年單耗核定方法研究與探索的課題研究進(jìn)展情況，王慧處長就加強(qiáng)石材http://www.stonebuy.com/進(jìn)出口http://en.stonebuy.com/貿(mào)易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/海關(guān)核定管理方面的工作向大家作了通報(bào)，對海關(guān)和國家發(fā)改委布置的單耗研究課題向大家作了詳細(xì)介紹，希望與會企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/代表就海關(guān)在加工貿(mào)易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/進(jìn)出口http://en.stonebuy.com/方面的工作多提建議，便于今后海關(guān)工作更有利于國家利益和為企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/提供更優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)。

      參會企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/就石材http://www.stonebuy.com/貿(mào)易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/進(jìn)出口http://en.stonebuy.com/通關(guān)方面所遇到的問題分別作了發(fā)言，企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/所反映的問題多集中在以下幾個(gè)方面：1、審價(jià)問題；2、丈量計(jì)量問題；3、手冊問題；4、單耗標(biāo)準(zhǔn)低；5、放射性檢測。

      廈門海關(guān)、泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/海關(guān)、福州海關(guān)的有關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)負(fù)責(zé)人對本海關(guān)的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/業(yè)務(wù)開展情況向大家作了匯報(bào)，對企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/反映的問題一一作了詳細(xì)回答，并對企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/和海關(guān)共同遇到的問題作了探討，并就海關(guān)工作向大家作了講解，企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/遇到的問題除去單耗標(biāo)準(zhǔn)必須遵守外，其他問題都是可以按照正常程序解決的，不存在任何障礙。具體到放射性檢測的問題不屬于海關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)范疇，建議到進(jìn)出口http://en.stonebuy.com/檢疫局協(xié)商。

      與會企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/代表對加工貿(mào)易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/單耗核定指標(biāo)提出了很好建議，對影響單耗核定的因素作了全面的分析，為做好課題研究提供了較為詳實(shí)的材料。
 
      通過座談，企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/對在石材http://www.stonebuy.com/進(jìn)出口http://en.stonebuy.com/通關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)中遇到的問題有了初步的認(rèn)識，應(yīng)該說，企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/辦理海關(guān)的業(yè)務(wù)人員業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)非常重要，精通業(yè)務(wù)在辦理手續(xù)時(shí)就會少遇到或者不遇到麻煩，精通海關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)的同時(shí)還要精通石材http://www.stonebuy.com/業(yè)務(wù)知識，對于和海關(guān)工作人員溝通顯得尤為重要，通過溝通和交流，使得海關(guān)工作人員了解和掌握石材http://www.stonebuy.com/知識和相關(guān)術(shù)語，了解石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產(chǎn)品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/的特征，便于海關(guān)相關(guān)規(guī)定的執(zhí)行；企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/報(bào)關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)人員熟練掌握了解報(bào)關(guān)知識，會大大減少報(bào)關(guān)時(shí)所遇到的麻煩，在報(bào)關(guān)之前備齊所需各種材料，就會大大縮短通關(guān)時(shí)間，提高辦事效率。

      座談會后，3月5日由鄒會長陪同，國家海關(guān)總署和福州海關(guān)部門負(fù)責(zé)人參觀了位于廈門同安的萬里石和北方礦業(yè)等三個(gè)石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，對于石材http://www.stonebuy.com/荒料的丈量以及石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工產(chǎn)品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/進(jìn)行實(shí)地考察，對石材http://www.stonebuy.com/的原材料和產(chǎn)品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/特征有了進(jìn)一步了解，對石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產(chǎn)品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/單耗核定所涉及的多方面因素有了更進(jìn)一步認(rèn)識，對于指導(dǎo)課題研究和今后修訂單耗核定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)具有實(shí)際意義。
