一、更改登記

出口http://en.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/改變電位名稱、法定代表人、經營地點、進出口http://en.stonebuy.com/經營范圍、經營方式、開戶銀行及帳號等事項的自工商行政管理機關辦理變更登記或者有關批準宣布變更之日起30日內，持變更登記的有關證明文件和原退稅登記證件等資料到退稅機關辦理退稅變更登記。

退稅機關根據出口http://en.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的申請，經過調查核實后，在原《出口http://en.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/退稅登記證》上簽署意見，加蓋“變更”字樣的印章，并核法新的《出口http://en.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/退稅登記證》。

二、注銷登記 中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/網-外貿助手-stonebuy.com

出口http://en.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/發生破產、解散、撤消以及其他依法應當終止退稅事項的情況，須在批準撤并之日起30日內，向工商行政管理機關辦理注銷登記前，申報辦理出口http://en.stonebuy.com/退稅注銷登記。退稅機關按規定對其清算退稅款后，注銷并收回遠簽發的《出口http://en.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/退稅登記證》。

三、驗證和換證 中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/網-外貿助手-stonebuy.com

退稅機關定期組織對出口http://en.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/退稅登記的查驗工作，對登記證的有關內容與出口http://en.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/提供的有關證件資料的原件進行審驗并確認。根據國家稅務總局的統一部署，出口http://en.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/在辦理國稅稅務登記證的同時，辦理出口http://en.stonebuy.com/退稅登記證換證手續。

四、其他

（1）《出口http://en.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/退稅登記證》不得轉借、涂改、損毀、買賣或者偽造；

（2）納稅人遺失出口http://en.stonebuy.com/退稅登記證，應當書面報告主管出口http://en.stonebuy.com/退稅的稅務機關并登報公告聲明作廢，同時申請補發。
